I’ve seen Dr Richman for years. It was difficult to get an appointment that was not months out. I knew I was having vision problems and didn’t want to wait too long. I made an appointment with Dr Ross, who could see me sooner. Dr Ross answered all my questions and seems on board with ongoing advances in treatment. In my case, cataract surgery. Also, Dr Ross has the ability to make the patient feel comfortable and totally informed about what’s going on.
